Who is responsible for your information

Information we collect
We collect information needed to run the store and support customers. This may include your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, billing details, company details, VAT or registration information, trade application information, order history, support messages, device model details, uploaded product or fault images and website usage data.
Payment information is processed by approved payment providers. Parts-World does not intentionally store full card details on this website.
Why we use it
We use personal information to process orders, arrange delivery or collection, manage returns and warranties, respond to enquiries, assess trade account applications, operate trade pricing and account access, prevent fraud, comply with accounting and tax obligations, send service messages and improve the website.
Where direct marketing is used, you can opt out of further marketing messages. Service messages about orders, account security, applications, returns and warranty matters may still be sent where they are needed to provide the service.
Legal basis and POPIA rights
Parts-World processes personal information where it is needed for a contract, required by law, allowed by legitimate business needs, or based on your consent where consent is required.
