Manufacturing faults are covered for six months. Contact Parts-World with your order number, a description of the fault and supporting images where possible.
Compatibility guarantee
If a confirmed catalogue compatibility record is wrong, Parts-World covers return shipping and provides a suitable replacement or refund. Installation damage and incorrect customer-supplied model details are excluded.
Online cooling-off period
Eligible online purchases may be returned within the applicable seven-day cooling-off period, provided that the product remains in a returnable condition.
