Parts-World takes reasonable care to publish accurate product, grade, stock and compatibility information. Product appearance may vary slightly between manufacturing batches without affecting the listed specification.
Pricing and payment
Retail prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Trade prices exclude VAT by default. Orders are accepted only after stock, pricing and payment status have been validated.
Delivery and collection
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier conditions or address queries. Collection orders must be marked ready before collection from China Mall Johannesburg.
Warranty and returns
The returns and warranty policy forms part of these terms. Installation damage, liquid damage and parts ordered against an incorrect customer-supplied model are excluded from warranty coverage.
Trade accounts
Trade access and pricing are confidential, prepaid and subject to account approval. Parts-World may review, suspend or withdraw an account where information is inaccurate or the account is misused.
